Delivery Time

All orders are completed within 3 business days. Printing is carried out during the official production working hours from 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Each order must have an accompanying design. To achieve this, you need to choose one of the three options – attach a design, hire a designer, or use our design templates/software. Once a design is confirmed, the production time starts. Express orders are completed within 24 hours after a submitted, reviewed, and confirmed design.

Order Cancellation

You need to contact our print consultant to cancel the order via chat, phone, or email. We will inform you about the status of your order via email.

Order Processing

The order is processed from the moment it is accepted by our staff, passing through different stages, and accordingly, its statuses change – new, received, design/file review or awaiting design if you still haven't sent the file for printing. The next statuses are in production, being shipped (it is ready and will be sent by courier, in case you can't pick it up in person and have provided a delivery address), delivered/completed. If issues arise with the order, the status is set to on hold. In case of rejection or return due to a problem, the statuses are returned and rejected.

File Correction

We can correct files/images to make them suitable for printing, but we would like to inform you that this service is charged additionally, depending on the type of corrections that need to be made.

If the files do not meet the requirements, they will initially be sent back to you via email for further processing on your part, for which no additional payment is required.

Gloss and Matte Lamination and the Differences Between Them

Lamination is an additional layer of coating with a polyethylene nature, which aims to add an effect to the printed product or provide durability and a protective layer against external influences. They are available in two options – gloss, which adds shine to the coating, and matte, which removes the gloss and mattes the coating. This type of coating is suitable for business cards, desk calendars, stickers, labels, and more.

Coating, Partial, and UV Varnish

The coating adds an additional effect to the product print and enhances the experience through finishing touches. The coating is usually added on top of the lamination to enhance and complement it. You can choose between gold, silver, metallic coatings, partial transparent varnish, as well as UV. The varnish can be partial (only on specific elements of the product) and full (across the entire surface, leaving 1 cm at the edges to prevent damage or peeling).

DL Size 99x210mm

The size DL 99x210mm represents a folded A4 sheet in two folds in the shape of the letter Z or П (three parts of an A4 folded). This size is mainly used for leaflets and menus, and it is recommended to print it double-sided to hold more information for your business needs. DL 99x210mm is also used for wedding menus.

File Storage

Your files are kept on the printing server for up to 6 months from the date of product production. After 6 months, the files are automatically deleted and not retained any longer. In the case of reprinting and upon your request, we could retain the files for a longer period, but you need to contact us for details.

Order Status Tracking

You can track the status of your order in your profile, under β€œMy Orders”. In the order field, on the far right, there is a green dot indicating the current status.

Order Cancellation

The order can be canceled at any time before it reaches the status β€œin production,” that is, before it is printed.

What is RGB and CMYK and What is the Difference Between Them?

RGB and CMYK are color models used in two different domains – design and printing.

RGB stands for red, green, and blue, the primary 3 colors based on additive color mixing, i.e., with white light, these three colors are obtained, which have derivative colors when mixed (orange, pink, purple, etc.). The RGB model is used by our vision, which means that every monitor (laptop, computer, phone, TV, tablet) uses this type of color model. RGB is mainly used for web environments, but sometimes it can be printed. Specifically, it results in color loss, and when comparing between print and screen, you may notice a lack of brightness and very pale color compared to the digital appearance.

CMYK stands for cyan, magenta, yellow, and K black (cyan, magenta, yellow, black/key as the last color) and represents a color model using subtractive mixing (physical mixing of paint-based colors). The CMYK model is mainly used for printing, as it is suitable for reproducing many colors at once. In this type of model, raster dots are used (small or large dots per sq cm, determining the color intensity and coverage), which aim for color separation (separation by color) and their assembly into a single image, combined from all colors at once. This way, in a multicolor photo, the colors are not lost as they would be when printing in RGB.

The specificity of this model is the darker shades of colors due to the presence of the key color Black. It is also recommended that the resolution for CMYK be 300 dpi (dots per inch).

The main differences can be remembered as follows:

  • RGB is for web design and screen
  • CMYK is for printing and uses raster (small or large dots)
  • RGB for printing has pale colors and color loss
  • CMYK has darker colors but quality prints
  • CMYK uses a recommended resolution of 300 dpi
