The three-section working calendar reflects the mood throughout the year. The rotation of months keeps us in sync with time. Of course, you can design it to your liking, but we recommend considering the placement of the image/brand design in the upper half of the calendar (the calendar head). The printing area is 370x230mm. The overall size of the three-section working calendar is 370x820mm, including three pads of 12 months each, attached to a back base and an advertising head. The three-section calendar comes with a 6 mm hole at the top for easier hanging. The paper for the back base of the calendar is one-sided chrome 245 gsm, and for the monthly pads, 80 gsm offset paper.

The unique feature of the calendar is that the monthly pads have no perforation, but you can still easily tear off the past month. The calendar also comes with a window for marking a specific day of the month.

What is a three-section working calendar? – A three-section working calendar is a calendar with a back base on which three pads with 12 months each are attached, which can be torn off. It also includes an advertising head, printed with your design, attached at the top. This calendar has no perforation, and it features a window for marking a specific day. The overall size is 370x820mm, and the advertising head is 370x230mm.

Where can I place my logo? – You can place your logo or planned design in the upper part of the calendar (the head) with a size of 370x230mm.

Before sending your file for printing, you need to follow a few requirements. Regardless of the design program you use, when exporting or saving the file, pay attention to:
  • Color – When exporting, select CMYK as the color model;
  • Resolution – The file resolution should be at least 96 or ideally 300 dpi;
  • File – Preferably export in PDF or, if there is an issue, also in JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS;
  • Text – The font size should be at least 8 pt to be readable on the print. Let's act boldly!
  • Lines – Minimum line thickness of 0.5 pt (1/2 pt) to be visible on the print;
  • Printable area – When printing and cutting to the exact size with an outline, leave at least 2 mm on each side of the image background to avoid a white border upon cutting or affecting the design. Keep in mind that the cutting line should be along the entire length of the print and be visually visible 2 mm inside (with a distinguishable color from the print – e.g., a yellow outline on a dark background).
