Delivery Conditions

Print.bg delivers orders within 1 to 2 business days after fulfillment and printing of the order.
Deliveries are made to any point within Bulgaria through the courier company Econt. Thanks to our integration with Econt, when you choose a delivery method, you can directly select a courier office.

The execution time for all orders is 3-5 business days, depending on the type of product, design, and its related attributes. 
To satisfy all our clients, we have made all deliveries FREE OF CHARGE.
All parcels can also be picked up from our office in Sofia, Vitina St. 33G.

Payment Conditions

You can pay for your order in several ways:

Online payment by card

We accept all types of cards – Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro. No additional fees are charged for card payments.
Bank Transfer

Cash on Delivery – payment upon receipt

Cash on delivery is available for parcels chosen to be delivered to an address or office. Payment is made upon receipt of the parcel from the courier. For orders over 300.00 BGN, the cash on delivery option is inactive.

Bank Transfer

Orders paid via bank transfer are processed and dispatched after the payment is received in the bank account of 'DIGITAL' Ltd. You need to deposit the exact order amount, and the order number must be mentioned as the reason for payment in the Print.bg system. Easy buttons are available for copying bank transfer details, as well as a PDF file for users’ convenience.
