The consumer has the right to withdraw unconditionally from a distance contract or an off-premises contract within 14 days without incurring any costs, except for delivery costs if they have chosen a delivery method other than the standard, cheapest option for the trader, as well as the cost of returning the goods.

The 14-day period starts from the date of:

conclusion of the contract – in the case of service contracts;
acceptance of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier.

Within 14 days after declaring the intention to withdraw from the contract, the consumer must return the goods to the trader. Within 14 days from the date on which they were informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract, the trader shall reimburse all sums received from the consumer, including delivery costs.
