Table tags are not a mandatory element for the organization of your wedding, but they are recommended. They are either single-sided or folded in two, serving to guide and show your guests their designated seats! They also complement the overall design of the event!

We advise you to make a preliminary list of the attendees and the potential number of people per table, to avoid any additional rearrangements of your guests.

We offer a standard size (90x100mm) as a card or folded in two. Our range of papers includes:

·         Embossed – feel the texture of the paper

·         Kraft – recycled and natural papers

·         Metallic – with star particles

Should cousins not sit at the table with uncles? No problem! You decide personally who will sit at which table. Choose what suits your table and style (or that of your parents).

Should I choose double-sided or single-sided print? – It depends on your file and the vision you've set as a concept, but we suggest double-sided print – the most sought-after and elegantly finishing the table look.

What type of paper is suitable for a table tag? – You can choose 350g chromo matte paper, as it is more durable and does not easily bend.

Before sending your file for printing, you need to follow a few requirements. Regardless of the design program you use, when exporting or saving the file, pay attention to:
  • Color – When exporting, select CMYK as the color model;
  • Resolution – The file resolution should be at least 96 or ideally 300 dpi;
  • File – Preferably export in PDF or, if there is an issue, also in JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS;
  • Text – The font size should be at least 8 pt to be readable on the print. Let's act boldly!
  • Lines – Minimum line thickness of 0.5 pt (1/2 pt) to be visible on the print;
  • Printable area – When printing and cutting to the exact size with an outline, leave at least 2 mm on each side of the image background to avoid a white border upon cutting or affecting the design. Keep in mind that the cutting line should be along the entire length of the print and be visually visible 2 mm inside (with a distinguishable color from the print – e.g., a yellow outline on a dark background).
