Pyramid desk calendars are the perfect addition to your desk. A quick glance away from your computer, and you instantly know today's date. With these calendars, you'll stay organized and calm in a dynamic work environment.
Of course, you can design them to your taste, but we recommend placing the calendar days at the bottom half of the page to leave enough room for your company's design in the top half.
The desk calendars come with a spiral binding (black, white, or gray) and an added option for a cover that closes the calendar and protects the pages from wear. 
Papers are standard 130, 150, and 170g chromo matte/gloss with an option for a single-sided matte/gloss lamination. The sizes you can choose from are:
  • A5 (148x210mm) portrait or landscape
  • 195x150mm portrait
  • 150x195mm landscape
  • 170x100mm portrait
  • 100x170mm landscape

What is the most commonly used size for pyramid desk calendars? – The most commonly used size for pyramid desk calendars is A6 (105x148mm).

Where can I place my logo? – It depends on your file and the impression you wish to make, but we suggest placing your logo at the top part of the calendar page or, if you choose 13 pages (12 calendar pages and 1 cover), you can place your logo on the cover, as it's visible on the front.

What type of paper is suitable for pyramid desk calendars? – You can choose 130g chromo matte paper for the body and 245g double-sided chromo paper for the cover.


Before sending your file for printing, you need to follow a few requirements. Regardless of the design program you use, when exporting or saving the file, pay attention to:
  • Color – When exporting, select CMYK as the color model;
  • Resolution – The file resolution should be at least 96 or ideally 300 dpi;
  • File – Preferably export in PDF or, if there is an issue, also in JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS;
  • Text – The font size should be at least 8 pt to be readable on the print. Let's act boldly!
  • Lines – Minimum line thickness of 0.5 pt (1/2 pt) to be visible on the print;
  • Printable area – When printing and cutting to the exact size with an outline, leave at least 2 mm on each side of the image background to avoid a white border upon cutting or affecting the design. Keep in mind that the cutting line should be along the entire length of the print and be visually visible 2 mm inside (with a distinguishable color from the print – e.g., a yellow outline on a dark background).
