Badges are your business card for the next conference! They introduce individuals at business events. They are typically worn around the neck or attached to clothing for better visibility.

Made of high-density, thick paper, with printing that can be single-sided or double-sided. They come with matte or gloss laminate for increased durability and protection from external conditions. Sizes include both standard and less commonly used options:
  • A6 (105x148mm)
  • A7 (74x105mm)
  • 54x85mm
  • 105x135mm
  • 100x150mm
Soon on print.bg, you will also be able to order lanyards for badges!

What is the most commonly used size for badges? – The most commonly used size for badges is A6 (105x148mm) due to its compact size and quantity.

Should I choose double-sided or single-sided printing? – It depends on your file and the impression you want to make at your event, but we recommend double-sided printing – it's the most sought-after and effective for successful promotional purposes.

What paper is suitable for badges? – You can choose 250 gsm chrome matte paper, as it can be laminated with matte/gloss, and it feels more premium to the touch.

Before sending your file for printing, you need to follow a few requirements. Regardless of the design program you use, when exporting or saving the file, pay attention to:
  • Color – When exporting, select CMYK as the color model;
  • Resolution – The file resolution should be at least 96 or ideally 300 dpi;
  • File – Preferably export in PDF or, if there is an issue, also in JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS;
  • Text – The font size should be at least 8 pt to be readable on the print. Let's act boldly!
  • Lines – Minimum line thickness of 0.5 pt (1/2 pt) to be visible on the print;
  • Printable area – When printing and cutting to the exact size with an outline, leave at least 2 mm on each side of the image background to avoid a white border upon cutting or affecting the design. Keep in mind that the cutting line should be along the entire length of the print and be visually visible 2 mm inside (with a distinguishable color from the print – e.g., a yellow outline on a dark background).
